Mini Devon Begi hotel is located in the historic center of Bukhara city, near Lyabi-Hauz complex. Bukhara Ark Citadel is 1.5 km from Devon Begi Hotel, and Bukhara Airport is 7 minutes’ drive away. Most attractions are pretty easy to get to and so are many of the restaurants. 

This small but cozy two-storey hotel was built in 2011. Initially the hotel was built as a house for the rich merchants. Peculiarity of such houses is enclosed court for a pleasant time-spending with a cup of tea and national candies. This gives special charm and joy to the guests. Unsuitable if you are looking for 5 star accomodation, but great if you would like to experience accommodation with a Bukhara flavor. 

Devon Begi hotel has 20 rooms of different categories: single, double and triple rooms and suites with magnificent views over the medieval buildings of Bukhara.  Rooms are neat and clean without being too roomy; the bathrooms are functional. The rooms are decorated with wood and tile. 

Interior of the hotel has elements of Oriental decor in Bukharian style and rooms are furnished with modern furniture. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator with mini bar and safe. Restaurant "Devon Begi" offers delicious dishes of the Uzbek and European kitchen, excellent desserts. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. They sell beer and wine at the reception: useful as you can have a problem to find this in the town. Lunch and dinner are not served, but the hotel is in the centre of the town and good restaurants are just a close walk away.

The staff is accommodating and helpful.  The hotel staff are happy to assist with directions.

A really nice small 3 star hotel a very short walk from Lyabi Hauz, so very central for many attractions. A good value pleasant traditional Bukhara accomodation with a central location and if one is not too finicky about the luxuries of life, Devon Begi will do just fine.
