In short this is clean, safe, comfortable, very pleasant small hoteland excellent choice for Tashkent. The nearest Metro station is about a 15-20 minute walk away.
Accommodation at Sayram hotel
Rooms are comfortable, clean, well appointed, (although the bed is harder than those at home)and the shower has good water pressure. TV has several English channels. Unfortunately lack of reading lights are above or beside the beds is minor drawback.There's no elevator, so try to get a room on the 2nd floor (one floor up).
Dining at Sayram hotel
Breakfast buffet at the hotel has anything you could sensibly want. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodates special requests. There is a very tasty and pleasant meal. Dinner is also delicious and more expensive, but no doubt reasonable for a hotel in Tashkent.There is also a small restaurant and bar right next to the lobby where excellent local and international food is served.
