Hayot hotel opened in August 2011 and is located in Kuyluk region of Tashkent city. These are outskirts at the east end of Tashkent city and the location would suit those who prefer to escape from the maddening rhythm of the large city.
The hotel would be of less interest to tourists exploring Tashkent due to its distant location. One would need to take taxi or public transport to get to city centre which is 8 km away. The hotel is located 2 minutes drive from Kuyluk bazaar which is popular among locals and is famous as one of the cheapest markets in Tashkent. Therefore many people from all around Tashkent come there for shopping. Hayot hotel is located just 10 minutes drive from Tashkent International Airport and 20 minutes from Railway Station. Unfortunately there is no Metro station nearby. The hotel is managed by local people. Hotel’s staff speaks fluent Russian and Uzbek languages, but you might experience problem finding English speaking person.

Three floor building has 31 rooms, including 4 single rooms, 22 double rooms, 4 luxury rooms and 1 VIP apartment. Rooms at the hotel are tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities to make the stay at the hotel a pleasurable experience. The rooms of the hotel are spacious, well equipped with comfortable furniture and bathrooms and are well maintained to provide ultimate comfort to the guests. There is individual air conditioning system in all rooms. All rooms are equipped with LCD TVs with more than 200 channels. There are 2 telephones in each room.

Hayot hotel has 2 restaurants.One of the restaurants is large enough to accommodate up to 500 persons at a time.Also there is another restaurant where it is possible to celebrate birthdays and parties for up to 80 persons.
