This hotel is situated among these ancient buildings and monuments of Khiva. Nice quiet location in the old city near the South gate.The hotel is beautiful and looks modern. The location is peaceful and is away from the city. The main sightseeing destinations are nearby.It is a very nice house, with many wooden artwork made by the owner, who also has a workshop in the city center.

There are 12 rooms in a two-storied building, 3 rooms are single, 5 rooms are double, 2 rooms are triple and 2 rooms are four-seated. The building of the hotel was built on a basis of ancient Khiva architectural arts and rooms are decorated with decorative hand carving arts. There are air-conditioning system, TV-set, toilet, bath in every room.Very clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and warm, friendly service. The rooms are luxurious and clean with a tastefully done décor. The entire hotel premises are clean and well maintained. Everything looks new and well done. The beds are soft with adequate bedding material. The furniture provided is modern and nice. The curtains are of good quality.

There is beautiful interior with a nice porch to relax, having a drink and watch life go by. There is wonderful breakfast room and great breakfast with lots of dried fruits and nuts.The staff and the management do a good job. They are quite friendly.
