Presentation on touristic potential of Uzbekistan held at the Institute of Hospitality and Tourism of the Russian Peoples' Friendship University in Moscow, organized by the Embassy of our country in Russia with the support of the Fund "Forum of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan". Representatives of touristic companies, civil society, academia, business circles of the Russian Federation and other countries, as well as students and faculty of the Institute took part at the presentation. Many visitors had the opportunity to see the unique beauty and diversity of natural landscapes, ancient cities, unique architectural monuments, touristic attractions and the latest developments in Uzbekistan from colorful photo exhibition which was organized at the presentation. Particular attention of visitors was also drawn to the submitted articles of applied art, revealing the unique flavor of rich culture and traditions of Uzbek people. Informational and promotional materials, publications and brochures about details of touristic potential of Uzbekistan were distributed among participants. Number of modern hotels, recreation and modernization of touristic facilities are increasing. There are widespread environmental, health and beauty, folklore-ethnographic, historical, architectural, cultural, educational and other kinds of tourism.
