The second train Afrosiyob arrived to Tashkent

Second high-speed train Afrosiyob, built by Spanish company Patentes Talgo S.L. arrived to Tashkent at night December 9, 2011.

 

The train, consisting of nine cars and two locomotives, was transported by railway from St. Petersburg by the locomotive of "Russian Railways".

 

The first electro train Afrosiyob, designed for high-speed railway line from Tashkent to Samarkand, arrived to the capital on July 22, 2011 and started regular traffic in October 2011.

 

According to the press service of «Uzbekistan Railways", a new train Talgo begins to move along their route after the tests.
