«Architectural monuments of Uzbekistan is a live legend of the ancient East»
During interview the head of the Singapore Company «Eyered works» Alvinn Lim has especially noted a rich historical heritage of Uzbekistan, its spiritually-moral traditions, the invaluable contribution to the world culture.
«We were in Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva where your people are spent grandiose works on restoration of historical monuments. Spiritually-cultural value is a basis of development and powerful stimulus of national self-determination. Architectural monuments of Uzbekistan are a live legend of the ancient East. Especially I want to allocate Khiva – as one of few cities of the world where historical building has practically remained, as a matter of fact, the whole city is under the open-air», was underlined by the photographer.
In his opinion, Uzbekistan for rather short period of independent development has reached considerable progress and should follow the chosen way. If the country develops the same rates, the stream of tourists will increase from year to year.
«Family relations of Uzbeks for which close connections, with strictly regulated mutual relations and mutual obligations are characteristic have left the big impression in me. In this sense, the Uzbek families became an example of tolerant relations», A.Lim has told.
On the eve of 20 anniversary of the Republic’s Independence he has wished the friendly people and the government of Uzbekistan peace and the further prosperity.
