The professional approach to the development of tourist sphere
The presentation devoted to achievements of Uzbekistan in tourism sphere for years of independence has taken place in the capital of India Delhi. Representatives of leading travel agencies, political and cultural-humanitarian circles of India, and also reporters of known Indian mass-media have taken part in it.
The detailed information on modern development of the tourism industry in Uzbekistan, new achievements and directions of tourist sphere has been presented attention of visitors. The special attention has been turned on efforts of the government on creation of favorable conditions for development of a tourist infrastructure and expansion of cooperation with foreign partners. In particular, it was noticed that the great value is given to preservation of a historical and cultural heritage in the country.
It is located more than 4 thousand architectural monuments in Uzbekistan and a lot of them are entered to the list of world heritage of UNESCO. Scale work not only on restoration and reconstruction of these unique monuments, but also perfection of a tourist infrastructure, building of modern hotels, development of service sphere and professional trainings is done for years of independence in Uzbekistan. Participants of action have expressed interest in the further expansion and deepening of cooperation with the Uzbek partners in tourism sphere.
