Impressions of tourists about Uzbekistan

At the initiative of NAC «Uzbekistan Airways» accepting tour operators will spend questioning of foreign tourists concerning quality of tourism service at the Tashkent International Airport.

With such offer the national air carrier has addressed to NC "Uzbektourism", Associations of the tourism organizations of Uzbekistan and to representatives of domestic tourist industry.

Within the limits of this work is planned to collect opinions of foreign visitors about the quality of work of the Tashkent International Airport’s personal, service at the passage by travelers of touristic formalities, reception of luggage, etc.

Recently in structure of NAC «Uzbekistan Airways» is formed department on tourism and advertizing policy, at the airports of the leading tourism centers of the country are entered posts of the deputy director on tourism sphere, and at the largest international tourism fairs of tourism industry and airline company represent Uzbekistan at the national stand.

With assistance of NC "Uzbektourism" with a view of service quality improvement of the country airports, has been carried out training for employees of land services at the Tashkent International Airport. It is expected also to carry out similar trainings for employees of boundary and customs services.

Uzbekistan Airways company accepts from its part on a constant basis necessary efforts on improvement of service quality for touristic groups at the Tashkent international airport for what the working committee on revealing and elimination of lacks of service of the foreign visitors which work is specially created under construction on the basis of the plan of improvement of service quality by airport and adjacent services.
