Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia, met with Uzbek colleagues
Prime Minister of Estonia Andrus Ancip met with a Speaker of Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Ms. Dilorom Tashmuhamedova.
At the meeting the sides exchanged views on the current state and prospects of relations between the higher legislative bodies of Uzbekistan and Estonia. The sides noted the presence of all opportunities for increasing inter-parliamentary relations to a qualitatively new level and Discussed further enhance cooperation in this regard.
- We note with great satisfaction the annual growth in gross domestic product in your country - said Andrus Ancip. Also, Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia held talks with Chairman of Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Ilgizar Sobirov. During the negotiations he noted the importance of inter-parliamentary cooperation in strengthening the legal foundation of bilateral relations. The sides discussed issues of further strengthening ties in this direction.
In addition, Prime Minister of Estonia Andrus Ansip met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. During the meeting they discussed issues concerning the development of trade-economic, investment, scientific, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Uzbekistan and Estonia.
