Uzbekistan is represented at fair in Italy.
Representatives of Uzbekistan travel companies have taken part in the trade fair in tourism sphere ТТG Incontri organized in the Italian Rimini. During the fair the Uzbekistan’s tour operators demonstrated the tourist opportunities of the Republic as the country locating on the Great Silk Road and offered the tempted European tourists rather diverse tours – both traditional cultural-informative and active kinds of rest.
Forums and conferences were conducted within the fair where the new formula of cooperation offered this year by TTG was discussed. The formula is based on four ‘whales’: internationalism, ethics, estimation of potential and inventory of available resources.
“Our work at the professional tourism fair TTG Incontri, where we participate not the first time, allows us to promote effectively our own tourist product, and meanwhile to demonstrate the tourist opportunities of Uzbekistan,” told one of the Travel Agency representatives.
According to him, the special feature of the forum TTG Incontri that it is always organized in a format b2b (“business for business”), therefore its efficiency for tour operators considerably higher, while the expenses for advertisement and promotion are compensated by new business contacts, increase in volumes of tourists arriving to our country.
Nowadays, the tourism fair TTG INCONTRI taking place in Italy since 1977, is considered one of the most significant forums in Europe. In 2009, it was taken part by more than thousand companies linked with the tourist industry. This year the number of the registered visitors of the exhibition has exceeded 34 thousand persons.
