PARK of "Uzbekistan Airways" enlarged with fifth IL-114

Like the previous four aircrafts of this brand, new airliner will carry out the flights on country internal routes along with CIS countries.
In all IL-114-100 set a new generation of Russian equipment, avionics from Rockwell Collins, aircraft engines from Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC), propellers from Hamilton Sundstrand (Netherlands) and Auxiliary Power from Unit Honeywell (USA).
However, as per the press-service of NAC Uzbekistan Airways, the fifth IL-114-100 differs from the others: in accordance with the comments and wishes of the pilots it was completed the module maintenance of built-in test and troubleshooting system.
If the first aircraft IL-114-100 was taking to check all of the aircraft take offs for about 20-30 minutes, the new one takes just 5 minutes.
"Uzbekistan Airways” operates the aircraft IL-114-100 since 2003. They have replaced outdated aircrafts Yak-40 (discontinued flights on March 1 this year) and AN-24 (operation will last until the end of the year).
It is interesting that the IL-114-100 has similar control system with the planes of western production. Therefore retraining pilots with IL-114-100 aircraft production for Boeing and Airbus does not require a large amount of time. Uzbekistan Airways continues to upgrade the aircraft fleets, relying on modern economical and comfortable aircrafts. Recently, National Airlines began operating the A320 aircraft. In total during 2010-2011, the total number of A320 aircrafts will reach 10 units.
In the portfolio of orders National Carrier Company also has four Boeing-767 aircraft and two Boeing-787 Dreamliner.
