Protection and usage of cultural heritage objects in Uzbekistan.
The passed law of the Republic of Uzbekistan passed «About protection and usage of cultural heritage objects » became an important step for strengthening legal basis of archaeological sphere functioning.
The Renaissance, preservation, exploration of rich historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of our people are raised on a state policy rank.
Today, scientific exploration of archaeological objects as integral part of cultural heritage of the people of Uzbekistan, bringing the results of researches to wide world community, historical knowledge arming of the new generation are the major issues.
Now, archaeological researches are conducted at the largest high schools of the country. About 70 scientists-archeologists are engaged by researching of history from the Stone Age before the developed middle Ages. For years of independence the Uzbek scientists together with colleagues from Japan, USA, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Poland, and Russia conducted researches of some archaeological objects, cooperation with them proceeds till nowadays.
As it is known, there are cities in territory of Uzbekistan, whose historical age counts thousand years. It is 2750-year-old of Samarkand, 2700-year-old of Karshis and Shakhrisabz, 2500-year-old of Khiva, Bukhara and Termez, 2000-year-old of Margelan, and also capital of our Native land – Tashkent, which this year has celebrated the 2200-year-old anniversary. The merit of our scientists-archeologists which have defined age of these ancient and majestic cities is great, could prove their place and role in the history of our people and world civilization.
For today there is no exact data about quantity of all archaeological objects in the country. There are around 8500 archeological objects according to Institute placed in Uzbekistan. But according to the inquiry given by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and Sports 3945 objects are registered only, and only for 64 from them cadastral works are spent.
The company «In the world of imaginations» intends to organize a charter flight from Moscow to Uzbekistan. Company General Director Marina Saushkina gave information on country presentation within the framework of MITF tourist exhibition which held in Moscow.
